What we offer
Therapy Services
We provide therapy services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Therapy focuses on emotional wellbeing, relationships, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics. Therapy services are individualized and based on clinical assessment and treatment goals.
Therapy may include approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, family systems work, and nervous system regulation.
Therapy is available in person in Maple Grove, MN, Brooklyn Park, MN, and via telehealth across Minnesota.
Coaching Services (Non-Therapy)

Insurance & Payment Information
We accept select insurance plans and also offer private pay services. Coaching, workshops, and platform services are not covered by insurance. Please contact us for current insurance information and availability.
Insurance Accepted
We are in-network with several insurance plans. Please contact us to verify your coverage and benefits prior to your first appointment.
We currently accept
If your insurance is not listed, we may still be able to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Using Insurance
If we are in-network with your insurance, your insurance company will determine the cost of your sessions based on your plan. This may include a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. We recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your mental health benefits before your first appointment.
Deductibles
A deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket each year before your insurance starts covering services.
For example, if your deductible is $2,000, you will pay the full session fee until you have paid $2,000 in medical or therapy costs for the year. After that, your insurance may begin covering part of the cost depending on your plan.
In some cases, especially if you have a high deductible, the amount you pay using insurance may be similar to or higher than our private pay rate. We are happy to discuss private pay options with you if that is more affordable or simpler for your situation.
We recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your deductible, copay, coinsurance, and out-of-network benefits before starting services.
Out of Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits.
This means
- You pay for sessions at the time of service
- We provide a superbill (a detailed receipt)
- You submit the superbill to your insurance
- Your insurance may reimburse you for part of the cost
We cannot guarantee reimbursement, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Superbills
A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if we are out-of-network with your plan. We are happy to provide superbills upon request.
HSA and FSA Cards
We accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for payment. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for therapy services.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless using insurance.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and private pay.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, late cancellations, and missed appointments may be charged a late cancellation fee. Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees, so this fee is the client's responsibility.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, and exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.
If you have questions about fees, insurance, or services, please contact us. We are happy to help you understand your options and find the best fit for your needs.
