Coaching & Care Coordination
In addition to therapy, we offer parent coaching, care coordination, and digital tools to help you stay organized, supported, and on track.

Coaching & Care Coordination with the Specthrive Platform
Specthrive digital platform is a care coordination and organization tool designed to help individuals and caregivers manage medical, educational, and therapeutic information in one centralized location. This can include tracking appointments, organizing reports and evaluations, managing goals and plans, and coordinating care between providers, schools, and families. The goal is to reduce overwhelm, improve organization, and provide structure and support throughout the care journey.
Who this is for
Many individuals and families are not just managing one thing; they are managing therapy, school supports, medical care, routines, goals, paperwork, appointments, and daily life tasks all at once. This can quickly become overwhelming.
The Specthrive platform helps reduce that overwhelm by providing structure, organization, and step by step guidance.
Through the platform users can
- Create personalized plans and goals
- Break large goals into smaller steps and tasks
- Organize therapy, medical, school, and life information
- Track routines and daily responsibilities
- Store important documents and notes
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Coordinate care between providers, parents, and caregivers
- Receive guidance and structured support through the Specthrive assistant (Navi)
The goal of Specthrive is to turn overwhelm into clear, manageable steps so individuals and families can focus on progress instead of trying to keep everything organized in their heads.
Parent Coaching, Parenting Support & Care Coordination
Support for parents navigating behavioral challenges, school concerns, neurodivergence, family transitions, and the emotional demands of parenting.

What this often looks like
- Feeling overwhelmed by your child's big emotions or behaviors
- Navigating school systems, IEPs, evaluations, or 504 plans
- Experiencing parental burnout or losing yourself in caregiving
- Wanting to better understand and support your neurodivergent or high-needs child
- Parenting disagreements or co-parenting challenges
- Feeling unsure how to respond to behaviors, meltdowns, or anxiety
- Trying to balance work, parenting, and your own mental health
How we can help
Using the Specthrive platform and app, we create guides and plans to help you understand your child's needs, develop effective parenting strategies, and process your own experiences as a parent. Whether you are parenting a newly diagnosed child or have been on this journey for years, you will receive support that honors both you and your child.
We also provide care coordination sessions with school teams, IEP teams, therapists, and community providers to help you navigate accommodations, services, and supports with greater clarity and confidence.
Group Coaching Programs
We offer small group coaching sessions designed to help children, teens, and families build executive functioning and social skills in a structured, supportive environment. These sessions focus on practical skill building, routines, organization, communication, problem solving, and confidence.
Group coaching is educational and skills based and is not therapy. Therapy services are offered separately when clinically indicated. Coaching is a short term, non clinical service focused on building skills, creating systems, and supporting implementation in daily life.
