We provide therapy for neurodivergent individuals, BIPOC individuals, immigrants, children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, executive functioning skills, identity development, life transitions, and family relationships.

We offer both in-person therapy in Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park and online therapy throughout Minnesota.
